Bookings
Online bookings are made through our booking engine at pantearesidence.reserve-online.net, or directly with us by e-mail or phone. A booking is confirmed only once you receive our written confirmation.
The rate, conditions and policies shown to you at the time of booking, in the booking engine or in our confirmation, apply to that booking. If they differ from this page, the conditions of your booking take precedence.
Stay policies
Unless your booking confirmation says otherwise, the following policies apply:
- Check-in and check-out: check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Room capacity: each room may be occupied by no more than the maximum number of guests shown on its room page.
- Children: children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. A baby cot is provided free of charge on request.
- Rate notes: room rates include all taxes, free WiFi and transfer from and to the airport or port (available from 06:00 to 23:00).
Payment
A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. We may pre-authorise your credit card before your arrival to check its validity.
Cancellation and no-show
- If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel later, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
